Wflr-fl AS, Salt Lake City has entered into an agree-
ment with The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company,
pursuant to which said ,railroad Co,x.pany agrees to convey to
Salt Lake City a parcel of land in Salt Lake City, being part
of Lots 8 and 11 of Block 45, and Lot 8 of block 46, Ten Acre
Plat "A", Big Field Survey, and further agrees to pay to
Salt Lake City the sum of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars
(C25,000.00), and Salt Lake City, in consideration of said
conveyance and payment, agrees to convey to said Railroad
Conioany portions of certain city streets abutting upon
Blocks 1, 12, 13. 24, 25, 36 and 37, Plat "C", Salt Lake City
Survey, and

Laws of Utah, 1955, has filed with the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, its petition in regular form describing in

and praying for the vacation of the street areas, so described,
NOW THERiPORR, be it resolved that the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City deem it to be in the public
interest to vacate said street areas; that a public hearing
on said petition be fixed at the Commission Chambers, Room
302, City and County Building, Salt Lek City, Utah t.

Salt Lake City a parcel of land in Salt Lake City, being part
