Result
WHEREAS, a certain dilapidated, vacant structure which was determined
to be a public nuisance has been demolished; and
WHEREAS, the City has incurred certain costs in demolition of said
structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT
LAKE CITY, UTAH:
1. That thetotal cost of said demolition is $675.00.
2. That this expense shall be payable by the imposition of a special
assessment levied against the property involved according to the cost of
demolition. Such assessment shall be payable in five (5) equal annual
installments plus seven percent (7%) interest on the unpaid balance.
3. The property involved and the legal owners according to the latest
assessment blotter in the County Assessor's Office are as listed as follows:
255 North 600 West Street David W. and Betty Mae Horsley
Afton, Wyoming
A copy of the invoice specifying costs incurred is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 28th
day of April, 1976.
