WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety will
be temporarily absent from the discharge of the duties
of such position; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that during the termporary absence of Mr.
W. Mont Ferry as aforesaid, that Mr. H. H. Green, Commissioner of
parks & Public property, be and is hereby designated to act as
