resentative of Salt Lake City,
to obligate its funds and ob-
tain the transfer to it from
the Bureau of Surplus Property
1 of the Utah State Department
, of Health, of surplus property
upon and subject to the terms
1 and conditions set forth in
said Agency's warehouse sheet
and in its name and on its
behalf agree thereto, subject
however, in all respects to
ratification of his actions by
the Board of City Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, in each in-
stance.

Be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
That the warehouse issue sheet of the Utah State Department of
Health, Bureau of Surplus Property, shall be spread upon the minutes of
this meeting and that Ben H. Smith, Director of Salt Lake City Civil
Defense, shall be and he is hereby authorized as the representative of
Salt Lake City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, to obligate
its funds and obtain the transfer to it from said Bureau of Surplus
Property of surplus property upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in said warehouse issue sheet and in its name and on its behalf
agree thereto, subject however, in all respects to ratification of his
actions by the Board of Commissioners of said city in each instance.
Be it further resolved that a certified copy of this resolution
be given the Utah State Department of Health, Bureau of Surplus Property,
Utah Civil Defense Corps and that the same shall remain in full force and
effect until written notice to the contrary is given said bureau.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
