WHEREAS, Mr. H. B. Lamb has applied to the City for '
a permit to erect a garage upon certain land of the City,
described as follows, towit:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 68,
Blook 8, Amended Plat, Douglas Park, Block 30, 6-Acre
Plat C, Big Field Survey; thence running due North
12.0 feet; thenoe North 89° 67' 20" East, 138.64 eet;
thence South 2' 36" East 12 feet; thence South 89 67'
20" West 138.66 feet, to plaoe of beginning, containing
.038 aores.
THEREFORE, I move that said H. B. Lamb be granted a
permit to construct his garage upon said is reel of land, with
the understanding and limitation however that he, his successors
and assigns will remove the same upon request of the City and
will restore said parcel of land to the s ea 'ono the City.
