Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Recorder has notified the Board of
Commissioners that he has duly advertised notice of intention
to operate' and maintain Lighting District No. 6, covering both
sides of State Street between South Temple Street and Fourth
South Street, and that at 10 o'clock A.M. , October 21st, 1920,
the time set for receiving protests, no protest to the carrying
out of such intention had been filed in his office;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the report heretofore
prepared and submittedby the City Engineer of Salt Lake City to
the Board of Commissioners on the 24th day of September 1920,
containing plans and specifications of the said improvement and esti-
mate of the cost thereof, a diagram of the proposed district
and the boundaries and dimensions of the respective lots therein,
and proposed assessments of the cost of the proposed improvement,
upon the several lots therein, be, and the same is hereby approved
and adopted; and it is hereby ordered that the said improvement
be made in accordance therewith under the supervision of the City
Engineer; and the City Recorder is hereby directed to give
fifteen days' notice to contractors for filing bids for the work
required by the plans and specifications of t foresaid report
