RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, on November 12, 1965, the new street lighting
facilities on State Street between South Temple Street and 4th
South Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, were formerly dedicated
by an appropriate ceremony to the use and benefit of the citizens
of Salt Lake City; and
WHEREAS, the Murray Flying Angel Squadron of the Utah Wing
Civil Air Patrol, under the direction of its drill leader Major
Helen Wolcott, participated in said ceremony by a drill exhibi-
tion of high quality and to the delight and entertainment of
those in attendance, and thereby made a most valuable contribu-
tion to the dedicatory ceremony.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SALT LAKE CITY, on its own behalf, and on behalf of the citizens
of Salt Lake City, hereby expresses to all of the members of said
squadron and to Helen Wolcott, drill leader, sincere and deep
appreciation for their willing and gracious participation in said
dedicatory ceremony and for their splendid contribution to the
success of the same.
