Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City and Emigration Dam and Ditch
Company own all the waters of Emigration Creek, the interest
of said City being six-sevenths thereof and the interest of
said Dam and Ditch Company being one-seventh thereof; and
WHEREAS, certain persons and corporations are taking
said water and making claims to the same:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City attorney be,
and he hereby is, directed to institute an action against any
and all persons, concerns and corporations taking or claiming
arty part or portion of the waters of Emigration Creek; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said City attorney be,
and he hereby is authorized to co-operate with said Emigration
Dam and Ditch Company in bringing and conducting said action
in case said Ditch Company wishes to join as plaintiff therein.
