Dear Mr. Wilkinson:
Here is a resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah, expressing appreciation to you for your service to
Salt Lake City as a member of the Salt Lake City Library Board.
The City Commission and our community are deeply appreciative of the
service you have rendered during your tenure of office.
We extend our thanks to you for your very fine service.

WHEREAS, Harold N. Wilkinson has served as a member
of the Salt Lake City Library Board continuously since
1960 and he has tendered his resignation effective June 30,
1968; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure of office as a member of
said board he has served as Chairman of several committees
and has faithfully attended to the duties of his office; and
WHEREAS, by this service on said board he has rendered
valuable and efficient service to the citizens of Salt Lake
City and has greatly contributed to the growth and influence
of the City's library as a great community endeavor:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMIS-
SIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, in ics behalf, and in behalf of
the citizens of Salt Lake City, that said Board does hereby
express to Harold N. Wilkinson sincere thanks and appreciation
for his devoted and capable service to Salt Lake City as a
member of the Salt Lake City Library Board.
The City Recorder is hereby directed to deliver a copy
of this resolution to Mr. Wilkinson.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 25th day of J.ne, 1968.
