RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
that Beehive State Bank, Continental Bank & Trust Company, First Security Bank
of Utah, NA, Tracy-Collins Bank & Trust Company, Walker Bank & Trust Company and
Zions First National Bank be, and each of them is, designated as a depository for
funds of Salt Lake City to be deposited in a checking account; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that anyone of the following named persons be,
and each of them is, authorized to sign all checks drawn upon each such checking
accounts prepared by the Auditor of Salt Lake City, to-wit:
Lawrence D. Posselli, Deputy City Auditor
Thomas L. Hall, Deputy City Auditor
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each of said persons sign and deliver to
each of said depositories the usual signature card and that a copy of this
resolution shall be filed with each of said depositories.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
3rd day of November, 1966.
