Lake City, Utah, expressing appreciation to you for your service
to Salt Lake City as a member of the Salt Lake City Library Board.

service you have rendered during your tenureof office.

01/ OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, Mrs. Keith E. Montague has served as a member
of the Salt Lake City Library Board since 1962, and her
term of office expires July 1, 1968; and
WHEREAS, during her term of office she has served as
Chairman of several committees and as Secretary to the Board;
and
WHEREAS, in all her assignments as a member of said
board, she has rendered faithful and efficient service,
thereby contributing greatly to the successful administra-
tion of the affairs of said Board; and
WHEREAS, she has rendered valuable service to the citizens
of Salt Lake City and has contributed substantially to the
growth and influence of the City's library as a community
endeavor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMIS-
SIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, that said Board, in its behalf,
and in behalf of the citizens of Salt Lake City, does hereby
express to Mrs. Montague sincere appreciation and thanks for
her valuable services to Salt Lake City and its residents as
a member of the Salt Lake City Library Board.
The City Recorder is hereby directed to deliver a copy of
this resolution to Mrs. Montague.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 25th day of June, 1968.
