RESOLUTION.
Whereas, on February 14, 1910 Councilman L. J. Wood
offered the following motion to-wit:
'1 Moved that the street supervisor take posession of the
city rock crusher and motor at oncepand protect same from use//
Which motion was duly put and carried. And, that the street
supervisor failed and refused to carry out said order, or take
Pny action thereon.
And, whereas on February 21st. a motion was again
put before the council and carried " That the street supervisor
take possession of the rock crusher and motor S belonging to
the city and protect same from use"
And, whereas the said orders h ve been ignored by the
street supervisor and he has not taken possession of said rock
crusher and motor, but has allowed said rock crusher and motor
to be used from day to day in defiance of the orders of the said '
council.
Now, therfore, be it resolved that said street super-
visor, J. T. Raleigh be and he is 'iereby notified to appear before
the council of Sa11 Lake City at ibi's regular meeting March 14, 1910
to show cause why he be not removed and discharged from office for
disobeying the orders of said council. /„
