RESOLUTION .
WHEREAS, Anna R. Amundson by Petition No. 353, has asked the
Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City for a quit claim deed
from Salt Lake City to the following described property in Block
139, Plat "A" , Salt Lake City Survey, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of Vest Fifth North
i Street distant 13-1/3 rods east from the northeast corner of North
Second Test Street and West Fifth North Street, and running thence
west along said north line of West Fifth North Street 120 feet ;
thence running north at right angles 10 rods; thence running east
at right angles 120 feet; thence running south at right angles 10
rods to the place of beginning; and
WHEREAS, It appears that a patent was issued by the United
States government to Daniel H. Wells , Mayor of Salt Lake City, in
trust, on June 1, 1872, and that no mayor's deed to the above
described property has ever been issued to the owners thereof; an.
1 WHEREAS, It appears that the petitioner Anna R. Amundson has
an interest in said property having a warranty deed to the same
from the estate of Ezra Thompson, deceased:
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City:
That the Mayor be , and he is hereby authorized end empowered

1 to sign, execute and deliver the attached quit claim deed to said
1 Anna R. Amundson, upon payment in full to the City Treasurer of
the amount assessed against said above described property for
special taxes, together with interest due upon the same , and pay-
ment to the County Treasurer of the sums due by virtue of the
1 assessment for the taxes of 1911 and 1912.
