Result . RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City Corporation has caused to be constructed a
sewage treatment plant; and
WHEREAS, said treatment plant was constructed pursuant to a federal
grant offer for Sewage Treatment Works Construction Project No. WPC-Utah-26;
and
WHEREAS, said Salt Lake City has complied with all the provisions of
the Offer and Acceptance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works Under
33 U.S.C. 466 et seg.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT
LAKE CITY, UTAH:
1. That said sewage treatment plant has been built in accordance with
the plans and specifications therefor.
2. That the city has accepted the construction of said sewage treat-
ment plant from the contractor, Jacobsen Construction Company.
3. That the city has complied with all assurances contained in said
Offer and Acceptance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
12th day of December, 1967. 1
