RESOLUTION .
!MERE/S., On September 29, 1913, the Board of Commissioners
adopted a resolution creating Sewer Extension No. 328, end directing
the City Recorder to publish notice of intention, the description
and boundaries of ':hi.oh cistrict mere set forth in the notice
published thereafter on July 4, 1914, and for twenty days after
such date, es required by law and ordinance, by the City Recorder;
and
r'EEYEAS, The record of ouch resolution fails to show an
express authorization to the City Recorder to publish such notice,
although said authorization was in fact given, end although such
notice was in fact published pursuant to such authorization:
NOC CEEREFORE, For the purpose of correcting end establishing
such record, BE IT RESOLVED, That the proceedings upon such Sewer
Extension No. 328, hod on the 29th day of September, 1913, be
amended and corrected to show that the kecorder was on said date
authorized to publish notice of intention on such extension, in
the manner and form and at the time by him heretofore published.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resc'_ution be entered and
take effect es of September 29, 1913.
