JF,.y'Ri_:riS, on .,ept. 16, 1924, upon report _;o. 118 of City
:.uditor with regard to Paving Extension No. 188, Park street from
6th to 7th South Streets, the City Auditor was by motion instruct-
ed to issue special tax warrants in accordance with ordinance; and
:fIEREAB, it now appears that Bnoch Smith, the contractor,
made request of the City :auditor for special improvement bonds
instead of special tax warrants, and in compliance with said re-
;luest the City Auditor did on the 18th of September, 1924, deliver
special improvement bonds to said contractor.
NOW, THaaE2OHE, BE Ii =IdOLVEB that said motion of Sept.
16, 1924, be modified to read that the City Yuditor be instructed
to issue special improvement bonds and that the action of the City
Auditor in issuing and delivering said bonds to said contractor
be and the same is hereby ratified.
