NOW, [^:a;sia:i+'Q-E, B: IT unu"0LV'sD,. that Silt Lake City, Utah for the
purpose of meeting currant expenses of said city for the year 1931 until
the payment of to. ea for the year 1931. shall borrow the sun of One Million
Dollars ( 1,000,000.00) end for that purpose as evidence of such indebted,
noes small issue seventy-two (72) thereof, igVeinmbered ono (1) to
thirty two (32) inclusive being in the denomination of Twenty-Five Thousand
Dollars (S25►000.00) each and notes numbered thirty-three (33) to seventy-two
(72) inclusive being in the denomination of five thousand Dollars each ($5,000)
both mssibers inclusive. Said notes shall boar date of March 10, 1931. Bluth
bear interest et the rate of two per contsua (2,$) per amnam from date until
paid. Interest and principal payable at rrturity $400.000 of said noties-
1 duo and payable December 10, 1931 numbered one (1) to sixteen (16) inclusive
and $600,000 of said mat a due and payable Jarman' 2, 1932, numbered seventeen;
(17) to neveatytwo (72) inClus1Ve and both principal and interest shall be
payable at the New Tort Trust Company of New York City, New York.. said
-notes shall be designated "Salt Lake City Tex Anticipation,notes.. Series of
March 10, 1931", said shall be payable in laful mono of the United
states and shall bear interest from and after the 10th day of March, 1931. ,
Said notessmell be signed by ,?a r the yor and attested by the City fecorder
under the oval of the city and eball be registered in a boalt kept by the
City Auditor for that purpose, and the City Auditor thgal endorse on each of
said notes the certificate required by law. Said nottes shall by in substan-
tially the following form, to-wits
