Dear Sir:
At a meeting of the Board of commissioners held
September 20, 1955, Resolution No. b authorising and directing
the City Treasurer of Salt Lake City to deliver to F. T. Boise
and Thornton U. Morris twenty-seven 41000.00 bonds of the
Bonneville Golf Course Revenue bonds to mature four on October
1, 1959, eight on October 1, 1960, five on October 1, 1961,
five on October 1, 1963, and five on October 1, 1964, upon
receipt of 427,000.00 and accrued interest and issue their
receipt therefor, was adopted.

RESOLUTIO N
WHEREAS, on April 12, 1955, Salt Lake City passed Ordinance
No. 29 creating Bonneville Golf Course Revenue Bonds in the
authorized sum of i„;1OO,000; and
WHEREAS, twenty seven of the :„100,000 bonds, in addition to
the bonds heretofore issued, have been sold and the purchasers
desire delivery thereof now; and
WHEREAS, Tallmadge and Tallmadge, attorneys at law, Denver,
Colorado, have furnished an opinion stating that the city is
authorized to make partial delivery of the aforementioned bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
Salt Lake City is authorized and directed to deliver to F. T.
Boise and Thornton D. Morris twenty seven (27) w1,000 bonds of
the Bonneville Golf Course Revenue Bonds, to mature four (4)
on October 1, 1959, eight (8) on October 1, 1960, five( ( ) on
October 1, 1961, five (5) on October 1, 1963 and five/on October
1, 1964, upon receipt of ;27,000 and accrued interest and issue
their receipt therefor.
