Result RESOLUTION
I move that the Mayor be instructed to sign and the City
Recorder to countersign, a permit to the Utah Oil Refining
Company and to whom it may concern, permitting said Utah Oil
Refining Company, in order to lessen fire risks, to enlarge
its yard by including within its fence that part of the side-
walkaadjacent to its tank works and property on Eighth North
Street between Third West Street and Fourth West Street in
Salt Lake City, Utah; with conditions to the effect that in
case it should happen that said space so inclo8ed should be
needed at any time by the public or for any public purpose,
said Utah Oil Refining Company must move its said fence back
to its property line; and also the further condition that said
permit may be terminated upon 6o days' notice to said Refining
Company or its successors and assigns; said permit to end of
its own force and without any notice, two,years after date
thereof. b r
