Gr-- 1N� • nsen Phillips RESOLUTION Result /J RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR IN HIS ABSENCE THE COMMIS- SIONER OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND FINANCE, TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION ALL REPORTS, FINANCIAL REQUESTS AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ORDERLY REPORTING AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE 701 GRANT PROGRAM AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 701 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1954, AS AMENDED (40 U.S.C. 461). WHEREAS, Salt Lake City has heretofore been certified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to participate in Section 701 Comprehensive Planning Assistance Program; and WHEREAS, the orderly recording and administration of the program requires a regular reimbursement from the Department of Housing and Urban Development; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of Salt Lake City to make the necessary reports and submit requests for financial reimbursement on a regular basis, NOW,THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City that the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City does hereby authorize the Mayor and in his absence the Finance Commissioner to sign all reports, financial requests, and reporting documents on behalf of Salt Lake City Corporation.
