RESOLUTION
The following resolution was introduced by Conrad B. Harrison, Salt
Lake City Commissioner of Parks and Public Property, read in full,
considered and adopted,
Resolution No. 41 -City Engineer of the City of Salt Lake City
Utah, accenting the Grant Offer of the United States of America,
through the Federal Aviation Agency, in the maximum amount of
754,817.00 to be used under F.A.A. Project No. 9-42.018-C924 in the
development of the Salt Lake City Municipal Airport No. 1.
Be it resolved by the members of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah, as follows
Section 1. That the City shall accept the Grant Offer of the United
States of America in the amount of'754,817.00 for the purpose of
obtaining Federal Aid under Project No. 942418-C924 in the development
of the Salt Lake City International Airport
and
Section 2. That Mayor J. Bracken Lee is hereby authorised and directed
to sign the statement of Acceptance of said Grant Offer (Entitled Part
II -Acceptance) on behalf of the City of Salt Lake City, Utah, and
the City Recorder is hereby authorised and directed to attest said
signature and to impress the official seal of the City of Salt Lake City
on the aforesaid statement of Acoeptanaes and
Section 3. A true copy of the Grant Offer referred to herein is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
