Greener (� 11�1I'o\\L Harmsen6-4 Harrison ✓/ ~ Phillips V/ RESOLUTION Result WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Board of Commissioners declared its intention to create the Special Improvement District, designated as Curb and Gutter Extension No. 494; and WHEREAS, said Notice of Intention was published first on April 25, 1974, second, on May 2, 1974, third, on May 9, 1974, and last on May 16, 1974; and that said Notice was mailed postage prepaid to each owner of the property to be assessed within the special improvement district at his last known address as said address appeared on the last completed real property assessment rolls of Salt Lake County, and also sent to "owner" at the street number of each piece of improved property to be assessed; and WHEREAS, protests received in response to the Notice of Intention for construction of Curb and Gutter Extension No. 494 in the area from the I-80 Freeway, south to 5th South Street and from the Jordan River, west to Redwood Road, amounts to 0.04% of the total percentage of the frontage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, that the amount of protests to said Special Improvement District are hereby deemed to be insufficient to require any change or alteration in the District as proposed, and, accordingly, create said District and does hereby this Board does hereby/authorize the City Engineer to proceed with this project as described in the Notice of Intention.
