AREAS, it is necedsary to maintain the new
sewer ditch and to keep it free from obstructions;
THEREFORE, be it resolved that Frank Rudy be
employed to patrol and take care of the Sewer Ditch and
its discharge at $60.00 per month during the pleasure of
the Commissioners .
