Scheid Shearman ,tvl Wells !� �' Mr.Chairman if I Result RESOLUTION WHEREAS, On the 22nd day of May, 1916, the Board of Commission- ers of Salt Lake City duly passed e resolution of intention to establish Lighting District No. 3 in Salt Lake City, which resolution directed the City Engineer to make and file with the City Recorder a written report presenting plans and speoifications for the improve- ments necessary for said Lighting District, and en estimate of the oost and incidental expense thereof, and a diagram showing the proposed district with the separate lots thereof numbered, and a proposed assessment of the costs and expenses of the proposed improvement upon the several lots in said district; and WHYREAS, The City Engineer has complied with said resolution and has made and filed said report so required of him with the City Recorder, and the City Reoorder has presented the same to the Board of Commissioners, who have duly considered said report: Nor THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, that on Tuesday , the 15th day of August July, 1916, at the hour of 10 A. M. of said day, the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City will, in the Council Chamber of said Board in the City and County Building in Salt Lake City, hear end consider protests against either the said improvement generally or against the extent of said district or against the proposed assessments fixed in the report of the City Engineer hereinabove mentioned; and any person owning property in said proposed improve- ment district may at or before the time hereinabove fixed for hearing said protests, file with the City Recorder a written protest setting forth his objection to such proposed improvement; and the City Recorder is hereby directed to give public notioe of said hearing in the manner provided by law. �� �✓ Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, July , 1916.
