RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, by resolution passed by the Board of Commissioner's
If Salt Lake City, Utah, December 24th, 1971, at a regular meeting
jlsaid Board authorized the issuance and sale of fifty-one (51) tax
�I anticina.tion notes, issue of January 2, 1972, of said City aggregati

WHEREAS, said resolution and the form of note therein set!
forth recited that said notes were numbered one (1) to five (5), bath

(inclusive, in the denomination of $/0,000.00 each, six (6) to Miter

(16), both inclusive, in the denomination of $5,000.00 each and
seventeen (17) to fifty-one (51), both inclusive, in the denomination
0f 425,000.00 each.
' NOW., 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said resolution of
(December 24, 1931, with the form of note therein, be and the same iS
