J ' OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, Paul David Kiser has been employed by Salt Lake City
for the past two years; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kiser has served as acting Traffic Engineer for
nearly a year and a half since January 1976 until May 1977; and
WHEREAS, during said time Mr. Kiser has faithfully and compe-
tently administered the affairs and operations of the Traffic
Engineering Department of Salt Lake City; and
WHEREAS, he has applied his special skills and training in the
area of transportation he has developed and acquired as a civil
engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City that it does hereby express to Paul David Kiser its
sincere appreciation and gratitude for his dedicated service to Salt
Lake City and its residents through his activities while serving as
acting Traffic Engineer for the City of Salt Lake.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be delivered
to Paul David Kiser.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 5th day of May, 1977.
