RESOLUTION
Result
WHEREAS, Commissioners of the various departments herein-
after specified have made written requests for additional appro-
priations setting forth the emergencies necessitating the requests;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make such additional appro-
priations for the support of the city government for the year 1932.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency exists
and it is necessary to make additional appropriations for the fol-
lowing accounts and departments for the year 1932, and that the fol-
lowing sum of money, or as much thereof as may be necessary, be and
the same is hereby appropriated for the support of the department
indicated for the calendar year ending December 31, 1932. Said ap-
propriation is further itemized in the request on file for such ap-
propriation and is in additional to those heretofore authorized and
passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City on December
29, 1931, February 2, 1932, May 3rd, 1932, May 31, 1932, June 28,
1932, July 28, 1932, September 22, 1932, October 6, 1932, and Octo-
ber 27, 1932, to-wit:

It is necessary in the opinion of the Board of Commission-
ers for the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City, Utah, that this'resolution take effect upon its passage.
This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this Zgliaav of November, 1932.
