RESOLUTION
Result . . . .
WHEREAS, the Criminal Division of the Salt Lake City Clerk's
Office has been inundated in recent years with offense records; and
WHEREAS, it was deemed advisable to use modern data processing
equipment to efficiently handle the volume of records of the said
office; and
WHEREAS, an Advisory Committee was appointed by the City to
utilize professional expertise and make recommendations regarding
equipment selection; and
WHEREAS, said committee expended much time and effort evaluating
available equipment systems for the benefit of Salt Lake City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, on behalf of itself and the residents of Salt
Lake City, that said Board does express to the Salt Lake City Data
Processing Advisory Committee and its individual members, K. H. Brown,
J. L. Schwab, R. R. Pino, M. R. Petty and N. T. Harward, its sencere
appreciation for their selfless efforts and for their valuable assist-
ance in promoting efficiency in City government.
