WHEREAS, this Board has resolved that it is its intention to create
a special improvement district for the purpose of converting the overhead
utilities to underground locations along portions of Hilltop Road, North
Hills Drive and 16th Avenue in an area of the City known as the North
Hills and Northcrest Subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1977, a public hearing was held
by this Board to consider said improvement district; and after hearing all
objections and protests to the creation of same, it appeared that it would
be necessary to revise and amend the proposed assessments; and
WHEREAS, subsequent hearing were held on the 20th day of April, 1977
and 4th day of May, 1977, wherein said assessments were revised and amend-
ed to comply with the allocation of costs agreed upon by residents within
the district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salt Lake, State of Utah, as follows:
1. That, based upon the expressed desire of certain citizens to be
included within said district and upon the revised allocation of cost sub-
mitted by property owners within the district involved, it is resolved to
proceed with the district No. 8-F-2 as revised, to wit:

29, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian
and Lots 1 to 10 inclusive, North Hills Plat "C", and Lots 1 to
4 inclusive, North Hills Plat "D", all in Section 30, Township 1
North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
