WHEREAS, Salt Lake City has let a contract for paving and otherwise improving Highland Park Drive, or Eleventh East Street, a part of which work is to be done south of Twelfth South Street; and WHEREAS, The Denver & Rio Grande Railroad Company has two spur rail- road tracks, parts of which are in said street south of Twelfth South Street; one of which is known as the Eleventh East Street Spur, and the k other as the Brickyard Spur; and 31' WHEREAS, The parts of said spur tracks on Eleventh East Street are at present so situated as to interfere with the proper construction of rt said improvements, the completion of the same, and the use thereof after ' completion: NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad `` Company be, and it is hereby directed to within J { l days after receipt of a Dopy of this resolution, make the following changes in the location of said spur tracks on said Eleventh East Street below Twelfth South Street, to-wit: 1. Commencing et a point on the center line of track of the present Eleventh East Street Spur, 275 feet, more or less, south from the south line of Twelfth South Street; thence on a curve to left, 250 feet, more or less, to a point 13 feet northeasterly of the monument line on Highland Park Drive; thence southeasterly, parallel with and 13 feet distant from said monument line, 250 feet, more or less; thence on a curve to left to a junction with the present spur. 2. To change the location of that part of the tracks of its said Brickyard Spur that are now in said street, so that the same will conform e to the following description: Commencing at a point in the center line of traok of the present Pressed Brick rorks Spur, 200 feet, more or less, southeasterly from its junction with the main passenger track of the Park City Branch; thence on a curve to right, with a slightly larger radius than the present track, to a point 13 feet southwesterly of the monument line of Highland Park Drive; thence southeasterly, parallel with and 13 feet distant from said monument line, 530 feet, more or less; thence southerly, on a curve to right to a junction with the present track of said Pressed Brick Works Spur at a point located west of Highland Park Drive.
