Result
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City Corporation of Salt Lake City, Utah,,
hereafter known as the APPLICANT wishes to acquire, has need for,
and can utilize in its operation a federal surplus helicopter of
the type to be described hereafter in accordance with the terms
of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949,
as amended, and the rules and regulations applicable thereto; and
WHEREAS, the APPLICANT has funds available for the acquisition
and operation of such helicopter (0H23G) ; and
WHEREAS, the APPLICANT agrees to be bound by all the provisions,
conditions, restrictions and covenants of the standard helicopter
conditional transfer document; a specimen copy of which is available
for examination;
BE IT RESOLVED THEREFORE that the APPLICANT shall make appli-
cation to the Utah State Agency for Surplus Property for the donation
of a helicopter of the type described above; and
FURTHER, that the APPLICANT will accept the helicopter selected
when it has been approved for donation and will pay to the Utah
State Surplus Property Agency the service and handling charges in-
volved in the donation and that Walter J. Michelsen be appointed to
represent the APPLICANT in executing any necessary applications and
transfer documents, including such certification as may be required
by law in relation to donations of this type.

this 2nd day of November, 1972.
