Dear Sir:
At a meeting of the Board of Commissioners held
June 11, 1957, Resolution No. 5 that all proceeds received by
Salt Lake City from sale of property beginning at the point of
intersection of the south with the East line of 21st West St.
whereby the land will be used for developing important industries
thereon (Litton Industries of California), shall be used for
maintenance, operation or construction of Salt Lake Municipal
Airport No. 1, in accordance with agreement the City has with the
Federal Government, was adopted.
