BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH:
WHEREAS, the Great Creator has called from this life Kingsley E.
Clawson, prominent citizen and active in public and civic affairs and
business for many years at the time of his passing; and
WHEREAS, the City Government and the public in general have
sustained a great loss in his passing; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Board of Commissioners feel his
loss keenly and sympathize with his family;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, Utah, pay tribute and honor to him and we extend our
sincere and deep sympathy to his widow and family.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
delivered to Mrs. Dorothy R. Clawson, the widow of Kingsley E. Clawson,
for the family.
Passedy the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this to day of March, 1960.
