RESOLUTION
Result . . . .
WHEREAS, this Board has resolved that it is its intention
to create a special improvement district for the purpose of converting
the overhead utilities to underground locations along portions of
Northmont Way and North Hills Drive in an area of the city known as
the North Hills Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of January, 1971, a public hearing
was held by this Board to consider said improvement district; and,
after hearing all objections and protests to the creation of same,
it appeared that it would be necessary to revise and amend the
proposed district; and
WHEREAS, a subsequent hearing was held on the 21st day of
January, 1971, wherein said district was revised and amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Salt Lake, State of Utah, as follows:
1. That, based upon the expressed desire of certain
citizens to be included within said district and upon the revised
estimates of cost submitted by the public utilities involved, it is
resolved to proceed with the district as revised, to wit:
AREA
Lots 14 to 19 inclusive, Plat "C" all in North
Hills Subdivision at the Southeast one quarter of
Section 30 TIN, R1E, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
BOUNDARIES
North - Centerline of Sections 29 and 30, T1N,
R1E, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
South - 13th Avenue.
East - "I" Street, together with Hilltop Road.
West - City Creek.

Lots 14 to 19 inclusive, Plat "C", North Hills
Subdivision.
Lot 14 - 18,080.52 sq. ft.
Lot 15 - 18,080.52 sq. ft.
Lot 16 - 18,080.52 sq. ft.
