RESOLUT I ON .

WH1 R AS , The Salt Lal.e and Ogden Railway Company has been for
jsome time , and is now permitting its cars to stand on Third West
Street between North Temple and South Temple Streets , and in fact
is using that part of Third West Street for the storage of its ears ,
which action greatly interferes with the use of said street , and
1without right or permission of the city authorities;
THPREPORE, BE IT RESOLVT.D, Thst sail company is hereby re-
quired to at once , upon receipt of a copy of this resolution,
remove all of its cars from said Third rest Street between North
Temple and South Temple Streets , and not permit any of its Laid
oars to remain standing thereon, except such cars as shall be due
'to leave its station within fifteen minutes after the same are
placed on said street .
