Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The time stipulated in the oontraot of December 15,
1915, with Parrott Brothers Company, for the completion of work upon
Mountain Dell Dam is about to expire; and
wtLS, Parrott Brothers Company, the contractors who are
building said dam, have requested an extension of time within which
to complete the work thereon, and make said request because of the
extra quantities of earth and rook exoavated, and additional width
of buttresses ordered by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has advised the Board of Commis-
sioners that said Parrott Brothers Company are entitled to an
extension of time because of said increased amount of work required
to be done:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Parrott Brothers Company
be, and they are hereby granted sixty days additional time beyond
that specified in Seotion 7 of said contract, within which to oom-
plete khe work on said Mountain Dell Dam.
