RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, on account of the recent decision of the Third
District Court declaring void the Poll Tax Law, it has become
necessary to reduce the force of employes in the office of the
Assessor and Collector of License and Poll Tax,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
THAT the services of C. L. Price and J. C. Ideate in the
said License Department , terminate from and after June 30, 1914t
