Dear Mr. Wagner:
On August 3, 1976, the City Commission accepted your resignation
as a member of the Salt Lake City International Airport Authority.
The Board of City Commissioners. at its meal[ ng today, passed the
enclosed Resolution of Appreciation expressing their appreciation and
gratitude for your dedicated and faithful service as a member of the
Airport Authority.

Result RESOLUTION
// OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, Mr. I. J. Wagner has served as a member of the Salt Lake
City Airport Authority since its inception, having been appointed to
said Authority on January 7, 1976; and
WHEREAS, Mr. I. J. Wagner has served conscientiously and with
great distinction; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wagner has contributed many long and devoted hours
of service, without remuneration, to the betterment, orderly develop-
ment and promotion of the Salt Lake City International Airport in order
that said Airport might best serve the local and regional requirements
for airport service; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wagner resigned from the Authority on July 3, 1976
to become a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City and the residents thereof owe Mr. Wagner
a debt of gratitude for his unselfish and diligent service.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City that it does hereby express on its own behalf and on
behalf of the citizens of Salt Lake City, its most sincere and deepest
appreciation and gratitude for the dedicated and faithful services
of I. J. Wagner and does hereby commend him for his noteworthy service.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 10th day of August , 1976.
