Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, By resolution duly passed January 20, 1916, the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City directed the City Attorney
either to secure from George F. Adkins and other parties occupying
lands of the City in Dry Canyon, leases containing such terms as
the Board of Commissioners would approve, or to oust said
occupants from said lands; and
WHEREAS, None of said proposed leases as yet have been
executed, and the City Commissioners see no benefit or advantage
in letting said leases:
THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the •aid resolution of
January 20, 1916, and all other resolutions and orders of the
Board of Commissioners authorizing or permitting negotiations for
said leases, or oonoerning the leasing of said lands or any part
thereof, be, and the same hereby are vacated and repealed.
And be it further resolved that the City Attorney's office be,
and it hereby is directed to notify each and every occupant of city
lands in Dry Canyon to vacate said lands and remove Ilia buildings

and belongings off of the same on or before , and in
case said notice is not complied with, said City Attorney is directed
to take legal steps to enforoe compliant with such notice.
