Dear Mr. Dunn:
On ugust 3, 1976, the City Commission accepted your resignation
from the Salt Lake City Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Board of City Commissioners, at its meeting today, passed the
enclosed Resolution of Appreciation expressing their appreciation and
gratitude for your dedicated and faithful service to the Zoning
Commission.

OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, Denton Lee Dunn has served as a member of the Salt Lake
City Planning and Zoning Commission, having been appointed to said
Commission on July 1, 1971; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Dunn has served conscientiously and with great
distinction; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Dunn has contributed many long and devoted hours
of service, without remuneration, to the orderly development and
planning regarding zoning of property within the corporate limits of
Salt Lake City; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Dunn has resigned from the Commission effective
July 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City and the residents thereof owe Mr. Dunn
a debt of gratitude for his unselfish and diligent service.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City that it does hereby express on its own behalf and on
behalf of the citizens of Salt Lake City, its most sincere and deepest
appreciation and gratitude for the dedicated and faithful service.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah
this 10th day of August, 1976.
