Agraz Hogensen Phillips RESOLUTION Result // WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Board of Commissioners declared its intention to create Lighting District No. 10-38C on January 18, 1977; and WHEREAS, said Notice of Intention was published first on January 18, 1977, second on January 26, 1977, third on February 2, 1977, and last on February 9, 1977; and that said Notice was mailed, postage prepaid, to each owner of the property to be assessed within the Special Improvement District at his last known address as said address appeared on the last completed real property assessment rolls of Salt Lake County, and also sent to "owner" at the street number of each piece of improved property to be assessed; and WHEREAS, no protests respecting the creation of said Special Improvement District were received by the Board of Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, that inasmuch as no protests were made to the district as proposed, this Board does hereby create said district and does hereby authorize the City Engineer to proceed with this project as described in the Notice of Intention.
