RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, Leonard Cosco has been employed with Salt Lake City
Corporation for a total of thirty-two years, all of which were consec-
utive with the exception of one leave of absence to serve his country
in the armed forces during World War II; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Cusco has worked with distinction in the Water
Department and Auditing Department of Salt Lake City Corporation; and
WHEREAS, for the past six years, he has served with great dis-
tinction as the Administrative Assistant to Commissioner Conrad B.
Harrison; and
WHEREAS, he has faithfully and diligently performed all of his
duties while working for Salt Lake City Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners and Salt Lake City and its
residents owe Mr. Cosco a great debt of gratitude for his unselfish
and dedicated public service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, that the Board does hereby express to Mr.
Cosco its sincere and heartfelt appreciation for his faithful and
dedicated service to the City and its inhabitants. The Board further
extends to him and his wife best wishes for a long and very enjoyable
retirement.
The City Recorder is hereby directed to deliver a copy of this
Resolution to Mr. Cosco.
Dassed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 25thday of October , 1973.
