Town
WHEREAS, the @attsy of Alta is desirous of obtaining from Salt Lake
City Corporation some of the City's surplus water for use in a culinary

system by the O&tr of Alta; and
WHEREAS, City has some surplus water and is willing to enter into
Town
such an agreement with the tixtx7 of Alta.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Utah, that it does hereby authorize the entrance into
Town
an agreement for selling some of the City's surplus water to the Cxity
of Alta upon terms and conditions to be worked out by the City
Town
Attorney's office and the attorneys for the CAdy of Alta and in accord-
ance with State law, and when completed, shall be adopted by the City's
execution thereof.
