Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it has been made manifest to the Board of
Commissioners that the Cardiff Mining and Milling Company and the Boston
Development Company are hauling ore with many horses and wagons in
Big Cottonwood Canyon and that the waters of said creek are being
polluted and made unsanitary thereby; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Attorney be and he hereby is
directed to institute legal proceedings to prevent the pollution
of said creek by said teams.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, September 13th, 1916.
