Dear Mrs. Isaacson:
The Board of Salt Lake City Commissioners passed the attached
Resolution in honor of your late husband and father.
By this action, equal tribute is also paid to you for the love and
devotion and inspiration you have given to your beloved husband and
father,
You have our sincerest sympathy in your bereavement,
May God bless you and yours with that peace which surpasseth all
understanding.

PT RESOLUTION
Result . . .
WHEREAS, THORPE BEAL ISAACSON departed from this life on the
9th day of November, 1970, at the age of 72 years; and
WHEREAS, he has, during his long life, devoted his entire
being to the unselfish service of his God through love and service to
mankind; and
WHEREAS, he was an educator, a successful business man and
a leader in this community; and
WHEREAS, in his passing the City of Salt Lake has lost one
of its respected and valued citizens;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, Utah, that it does hereby express on its own
behalf, and on behalf of the residents of Salt Lake City, its deep
and sincere appreciation for the life and service of Thorpe Beal
Isaacson.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be
delivered to the family of Thorpe B. Isaacson as an expression of
our sympathy for the loss they have sustained in his passing, and
also as an expression of our faith that no evil can come to a good
man in this life or the life to come.
