At that time, the resolution providing for said assessment was referred to Commissioner Stephen M. Harmsen for study and recommendation. The Board of City Commissioner, at its meeting today, approved RCSOLUTION NO. S9 of 1174. levying a special assess:oat against property acessdi ug to the cost of demolition of a certain dWpidated structure located thereon at 141 South 300 West Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: 1. That the total cost of said demolition is $1,566.88. 2. That this expense shall be payable by the imposition of a special assessment levied against the property involved according to the cost of demolition. Such assessment shall be payable in five (5) equal annual installments, plus seven percent (7%) interest on the unpaid balance. 3.
