thereof, there be and there is hereby lizsvied upon all the real
and personal property within Lake City, made taxable by law
for the fiscal year endin0 .December 31, 1926, a tax: of eleven
and 3/10 (11.5) mills on each dollar assessed valuation of syid
property.
.,aid tax is hereby levied and to be raised for the fol-
lowing purposes, and is ,and shall be apportioned to such purposes
in the following; manner:

on each dollar assessed valuation of said property.

To purchase water sources, streams and the land upon
