RESOLUTION
Result • - -
WHEREAS, on September 9, 1930, the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, Utah, adopted a motion based on the figures of
the City Auditor to issue bonds in the amount of $8300.00 to the
contractors, Christensen and Gardner, Inc., for special improvement
bonds on Salt Lake City Sewer Extension No. 475; and
WHEREAS, said City Auditor on September 16, 1930, submitted
figures to the Board of City Commissioners of Salt Lake City showing
that the report of September 9, 1930, was in error in the sum of
$100.00 and that the Board of Commissioners passed a motion to issue
bonds for sewer extension No. 475 to the contractors, Christensen and
Gardner, Inc., which said resolution or motion failed to show the
expressed authorization for the issuing of the bonds of Salt Lake
City in the sum of $8200.00 and the purpose of which said bonds were
issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, for the purpose of correcting and establish—
ing such record, be it resolved that the proceedings upon such sewer
extension No. 475 had on the 9th and 16th days of September, 1930,
be amended and corrected to show that the City Auditor of Salt Lake
City was on the said date of September 16, 1930, authorized to issue
to the contractors, Christensen and Gardner, Inc., Salt Lake City
Special Improvement Bonds for Sewer extension No. 475 in the sum
of $8200.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be entered
