Barker Harmsen • Harrison Phillips ' RESOLUTION Result WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Board's Committee on Wage and Salary Administration has completed its study and recommendations for changes in the salary classification program for Salt Lake City employees; and WHEREAS, said committee consisted of I. J. Wagner, Chairman, Wiley I. Beavers, Sub-committee Chairman, and members William H. Call, Lawrence Disera and Lee W. Moss; and WHEREAS, said committee has worked long and diligently to ascertain the adjustments necessary to bring Salt Lake City's salary classification program into harmony with present labor market conditions; and WHEREAS, the residents and employees of Salt Lake City are deeply indebted to said committee for its excellent work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY, on its own behalf and on behalf of the residents and employees of Salt Lake City, that it does hereby express to said committee and the individual members thereof its sincere appreciation and gratitude for their unselfish, devoted and capable service in the evaluation of wage and salary information from many available sources to reach an equitable and just solution to the City's continuing wage and salary classification program for the immediate future. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Recorder deliver a copy of this resolution to each member of the Citizens Advisory Board's Committee on Wage and Salary Administration for their individual and collective efforts in completing a difficult task.
