WEEREAS, the state law governing the Juvenile Court was
repealed during the session of the late legislature and a new law
enacted covering the same ground; and
VI-LEI-LEAS, such action by the legislature makes it necessary
to reappoint she probation officers cf the Juvenile Court; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board cf Commissioners cf Salt Lake
City that Yrs. Anna L. Young and A. Yon aster, Jr. ,be, and they
are hereby reappointed as probation officers in the Juvenile Court, at
the same salary heretofore paid.
